When I was building Plushkies, I was 100% the product guy.
Focused on building something that mattered
But when it came to sales? I was lost.
I thought if the product was good enough, it would sell itself.
It didn’t.
Even the best product in the world won’t move unless someone knows how to get it into the right hands.
This changed how I now think about teams.
It also helped me be honest about my limitations while trying a hundred times harder.
