Going from victim to creator

Not even your potential lead investor, who made you feel “a bit used and jerked around,”  as one of my founder friends just cried to me.

You are the creator of your circumstances. 

‍

Early in my journey, I felt like everything was happening to me.

I saw myself as the victim of bad timing, bad luck, bad preparation, bad connections, and bad people. 

‍

There was no shortage of places to point fingers. 

Gateways of personal power.

‍

But the moment I pause and ask myself the following questions, I regain the peace and power that comes from taking focus and responsibility in the things I can control.

‍

“Where am I in all this?”

‍

👉 "How did I contribute to this?"

👉 "What signs did I ignore?"

👉 "What choices led me here?"
