Just read a short note from Seth Godin this week.
One of those emails that quietly sticks with you.
He asked: Which inbox are we emptying?
As founders, we chase “inbox zero” like it’s some kind of prize.
Emails, DMs, Slack, meetings...
We clear them like that it’s the full-time job, and there’s some kind of dopamine in checking things off.
But Seth’s point made me think.
It’s not just about clearing an inbox.
It’s about choosing the right one.
The loudest inbox isn’t always the most important.
So today, I’m asking myself, and maybe you should too:
👉 What if inbox zero isn’t the goal?
👉 What if inbox meaning is?
Founders, how do you choose which inbox deserves your energy each day?
