Stress is part of building a startup, but it doesn’t have to control you.
Unless you give it that power.
Emotions show up in the work.
That’s normal. But are they bad?
The third educational principle of the Isha System is “emotions are natural and we have to feel them.”
Many times, stress is just your body telling you something’s off, and it needs your attention.
If you ignore it, it builds up.
If you pause and listen, it can pass through.
Here is what I learned about stress as a founder.
1. Stress is a signal, not a weakness.
Pay attention to what’s really behind it.
2. Self-awareness helps you process it.
Take time to be with yourself, even 20 quiet minutes a day.
3. We perform better when we’re not constantly in survival mode.
You don’t need to push through everything.
Sometimes the most productive move is to pause.
How do you check in with yourself when stress starts building?
