When something goes wrong, it’s tempting to point the finger.

The market wasn’t ready.

The investor didn’t get it.

The team dropped the ball.

But here’s the truth most founders eventually learn.

You can stay stuck in blame…

Or you can ask:

𝘞𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘮 𝘐 𝘪𝘯 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘴?

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐢𝐝 𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧?

❔Did I communicate clearly?

❔Did I hire too fast?

❔Did I avoid a hard conversation for too long?

Ownership isn’t about guilt.

It’s what makes you grow.

It's what brings real empowerment.

If nothing that happens to you has NO relationship to what you do, think, and feel, then that’s the definition of victim

When hen you find your part in the mess, you also find the power to fix it.

That’s how you turn from clueless victim to powerful creator.

You can always focus on blaming other and how unjust the world is, or you can ask yourself the question:

“Where am I in all this? How did I contribute to this situation”?
