Passion doesn’t build a business. Systems do.
When I first started Plushkies, I had plenty of passion.
I could sell the product one-on-one.
I could talk about the mission for hours.
And it worked for a while.
We got good feedback.
People liked the concept.
But enthusiasm doesn’t scale your business alone.
Heart is great, I’m a sucker for it, but there also needs to be a “method to the madness”. Systems that work:
✅ Channels.
✅ Funnels.
✅ Repeatable sales processes.
And perhaps hardest of all, and what I would think most “unsuccessful” entrepreneurs can relate to is how difficult and lonely it is to hold the weight of sales -that is to say the company’s existence- in just one person's back.
