Folders for different priorities.
Sane Tomorrow, Sane Next Week, and Sane Next Month.
If I know I won’t deal with something today, I just move it, and it magically returns to my inbox when I actually need to see it.
And everything I don’t need to see in my inbox -like the dozens of subscriptions and shopping accounts I have- goes straight to another folder: Sane Later
Now, I run my inbox instead of it running me.
Inbox zero? Not quite.
But Inbox calm? Absolutely.
Everything else is sorted, scheduled, or snoozed.
